WK ESK 2025 - OPEN CALL

Become a co-creator of one of the biggest cultural events in Rzeszów and join the artists of the European Stadium of Culture 2025! Today is the opening of an open call, which gives you the opportunity to submit your artistic projects to the fifteenth edition of the festival, taking place on June 27–29, 2025.

The East of Culture Festival European Stadium of Culture has been a space for interdisciplinary artistic activities since 2011. Every year, dozens of various events take place throughout the city - from concerts and performances to exhibitions and installations, combining visual arts, music, theater and performance.
The motto of this year's edition is KIND TO PACT. We focus on artistic projects that strengthen bonds, build partnerships and cooperation. We are looking for artists open to cooperation and co-production, who promote the idea of ​​cooperation through their activities.

Curators of the artistic programme of ESK 2025

Music
Małgorzata Płysa – director and curator of the Unsound festival, co-artistic director of the Ephemera festival, expert in the field of interdisciplinary artistic activities and international cooperation of artists.

Performing arts
Dominik Więcek – dancer, choreographer, performer and stylist, known for deconstructing the history of dance and experimenting with theatrical forms.

Visual arts
Jan Możdżyński – visual artist, working in painting and ceramics, who addresses the issues of gender identity, feminism and queer narratives in his work.
