Sebastian Niźnik - advises on the establishment and development of micro and small companies. Effectively obtains grants. He has consulted over 4,000 business ideas, obtaining PLN 65 million in financing for 300 companies. He specializes in comprehensive support for people who intend to start their own business. He believes that creativity and an unconventional approach are the key to success. Winner of the "Wzorowe Podkarpackie 2023" competition in the "Wzorowa Wizja" category, scholarship holder of the Leaders Academy of the St. Nicholas Foundation.

Speakers:

Dawi Ryś - visual generalist with multi-directional experience in the field of digital graphics. He specializes in 3D rendering and combining available graphic tools in a creative and innovative way. In response to dynamic changes in the industry, in 2024 he co-founded the Syntografia.pl brand, operating at the intersection of culture, art and technology, which uses generative visual technologies for educational purposes. Previously, he was an artistic director in an event agency, where he was responsible for the visual setting of events and artistic creation, combining technical competences with a creative approach. Graduate of the Faculty of Art at the University of Rzeszów. Winner of awards in the field of poster and animation.

Marcin Dziedzic - in his work, he creates conditions for people to participate in Culture, making it their habit and way of life. Master of Culture Management, graduate of the Jagiellonian University, musician, involved in activities in the field of education and cultural animation. Since 2008, he has worked at the Rzeszów House of Culture as an instructor of music classes, later as the manager of the branches: Zalesie, Słocina, Biała, Drabinianka, Miłocin. Since 2015, as the Director of Estrada Rzeszowska, he has been producing and responsible for the largest cultural events in Rzeszów, including the East of Culture - European Stadium of Culture, the Paniaga Festival, the Festival of Urban Space, Breakout Day's, New Year's Eve, Rock Night, Karpaty na Widelcu, Tony Festival. He co-created the program and worked on the establishment of Rzeszowskie Piwnice - Interactive Cultural Institution, which is currently a department of Estrada Rzeszowska. In 2023, he worked on the application program for the title of "European Capital of Culture 2029" for the City of Rzeszów. In 2024, he worked on an application for the title of European Volunteering Capital for the City of Rzeszów. Privately, he is an enthusiast of running and an active lifestyle.

Wojtek Hazanowicz - founder and CEO at Muzaic, is a professional musician, engineer and entrepreneur. His adventure with music began with classical music, and later moved to the areas of innovation and artistic education. As the president of JM Poland and secretary of the Polish Music Council, Hazanowicz has been involved in the development of musical culture for years. He founded his first business (in the area of ​​IT and e-commerce) during his IT studies (Computer Science, Warsaw University of Technology) in 2006.
