20.03.2026On March 30–31, 2026, the A. Malawski Podkarpacka Philharmonic will host People Culture TechFest 2026 – an event dedicated to the relationships between people, culture, technology, and transformation processes.
We are pleased to announce that Estrada Rzeszowska is an Ecosystem Partner for this year's edition!
Ahead of us are two days full of inspiring presentations, conversations, and meetings, centered around the theme: People. Culture. Technology. Transformation. The festival provides a space for dialogue between practice and science, combining the perspectives of psychology, management, ethics, and new technologies.
The program will include examples of real-world organizational transformations, tools supporting the development of people and structures, and strategies for building resilience in a dynamically changing world. This event is for all who see change as an opportunity for development and redefinition of the human role in a reality shaped by data and automation.
