Changes at the villa of Janusze

We are returning to our roots – literally and figuratively!

The surroundings of our institution will soon be transformed into a green garden. The area around the Januszów Villa, where Estrada Rzeszowska is located today, was full of vegetation at the beginning of the 20th century. Now it will once again become a place of rest, meetings and cultural events.

We are thus joining the group of cultural institutions that make sure that their space is more open, friendly and accessible. We know how important the surroundings in which we operate are, which is why we want our headquarters to be a place where you can visit not only for events, but also for a moment of relaxation among the greenery. The new garden will feature benches, pergolas and insect houses. Around 1.6 thousand plants will be planted here – including dwarf cherries, hornbeams and various shrubs and perennials.

The project prepared by the Rzeszów Municipal Greenery Board will be implemented thanks to the support of EU funds. The work will last until August this year, and we will share progress on an ongoing basis.
