The City's Jubilee is a gala celebrating the anniversary of the Incorporation of the City of Rzeszów. A permanent point of the program is the ceremony of awarding the titles of Honorary Citizen of the City of Rzeszów and Person of Merit for the City of Rzeszów to people from various spheres of social life. The title of Honorary Citizen was awarded to, among others, Wojciech Kilar, Wergiliusz Gołąbek, Rafał Wilk. The bugle call of the City of Rzeszów was composed by one of the Honorary Citizens - Tomasz Stańko, and was presented for the first time during the title award ceremony.
