URBAN BREAK. OPENING RZESZÓW'S MONUMENTS is a unique opportunity to explore places that are not normally accessible – tenement houses, churches, and public buildings.
There are places in Rzeszów that, for various reasons, are not accessible to tourists, educators, or the general public.
The idea behind Urban Break. Opening RZESZÓW's MONUMENTS is incredibly simple: in a quick, one-hour session, accompanied by a guide familiar with the monument, a group of enthusiasts will enter closed historic interiors, or those that are inaccessible but are aesthetically interesting, thus learning about the place. This will be a completely new quality of sightseeing never before seen in Rzeszów.
This time, as part of the series, we invite you to join us in discovering one of Rzeszów's most recognizable buildings – the Town Hall! During the tour, you will have the opportunity to take a closer look at the unique neo-Gothic and neo-Renaissance architecture, learn about the building's history, and explore the impressive interiors, which are not normally open to visitors. Art historian Karolina Chomiczewska will lead a guided tour of the building.
Join us on the threshold of Rzeszów's historic monuments and discover their hidden histories!
