European Music Festival – the final concert of the Polish Presidency of the EU Council on 27 June in Rzeszów!

Once again, as part of the East of Culture Festival - European Stadium of Culture, artists from Europe and the Eastern Partnership countries will meet on one stage.

The Main Concert attracts crowds every year and delights with unique performances by artistic collectives - unique duets and arrangements prepared especially for this occasion. These are musical meetings that you will not see anywhere else!

Opening Concert

It's time to reveal a little about who will open this year's edition of the East of Culture - European Stadium of Culture 2025! The Rzeszów stage will be graced by an artist whose work has been winning hearts, charts and festival line-ups in recent years!

Zalia - a singer, songwriter and composer, is an artist who has built a strong position on the Polish music scene in a short time. A graduate of the prestigious Vocal Performance and Songwriting course at BIMM in London, she combines musical sensitivity with a modern, original sound.
Although her debut album was not released until 2022, Zalia has already performed at the most important festivals in Poland - including Open'er Festival, Orange Warsaw Festival and Męskie Granie - and participated in special projects such as "Babie Lato" or the "Letnie Brzmienia" tour.
Her songs - sincere, emotional, subtle and catchy at the same time - are gaining recognition from both critics and the general public. The single Diament, released in two versions, stayed at the top of the Radio Zet Chart for many weeks, dethroning sanah, among others, and its popularity does not wane on other platforms either – including Spotify, where the artist is listened to by over half a million users per month. In 2023, Zalia received a nomination for the Fryderyk in the category "Phonographic debut of the year", and a year later – for the Amber Nightingale for the song "Znowu Sam".

The first artistic duo of the Collective Concert - a format that is the heart of the European Stadium of Culture is Kazka - a phenomenal group from Ukraine and Lanberry - one of the most charismatic Polish artists of the young generation.

Kazka, a band that broke language and cultural barriers, was the first Ukrainian artist to reach the Global Shazam TOP 10 and achieved record views on YouTube – over 470 million for the song “Płakała”, making them a symbol of musical expression of the East. Their electro-folk style and emotional power of communication build bridges between tradition and modernity, between the East and the world. Kazka has performed on the most important stages of Europe and North America, and her music is the sound of a generation that is not afraid to talk about what is important.

In turn, Lanberry is the voice of young Poland – a woman of the pop renaissance scene, a hit writer, composer, TV juror and one of the most awarded artists of recent years. Her hits such as “Piątek” and “Gotowi na wszystko” celebrated triumphs on the AirPlay charts, and as the author of songs for artists such as Roksana Węgiel and Viki Gabor, she contributed to Poland's international successes at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Nominated for Fryderyki, owner of the Diamond Record, an artist whose work breaks popularity records on YouTube and Spotify.

It will be a collective full of contrasts! The meeting of Wiktor Dyduła and MokuMoku is a dialogue of artistic personalities, in which the melodiousness and lyricism of Polish song meets the raw energy of Georgian experiment.

Wiktor Dyduła – a new voice of a generation
Wiktor Dyduła gained wide recognition of the audience as a finalist of a popular talent show, but his true artistic face was revealed in his own material. The single "Tam słońca, gdzie my" – a radio hit, which for five weeks stayed at the top of the AirPlay list – earned him a nomination for the Fryderyk 2025 award in the category "Song of the Year – Pop" and went triple platinum. The debut album "Pal Licho!" showed the artist as a complete creator – composer, lyricist and vocalist – operating with both sensitivity and stage energy. The album includes songs such as "Ćwierć wiek", "Adios" and the title track "Pal Licho!", each of which confirms his characteristic style and extraordinary charisma. Dyduła does not shy away from collaborations either - he performed in the Wodecki Twist project during Męskie Granie 2023, and his version of the classical repertoire was included on the official release "Męskie Granie 2024". The artist also appeared as a guest on recordings by Bovska and Jakub Skorupa. In 2024, he took part in the program "Azja Express", and in April 2025 he will present the long-awaited second album "Tam słońce, gdzie my".

MokuMoku - Georgian fusion of rhythms
The band MokuMoku, from Tbilisi, is one of the most important players on the alternative music scene in Georgia. Their work defies genre classifications – they seamlessly combine hip-hop, jazz, electronics and dance rhythms, not afraid of either experimentation or catchy grooves. They are famous for their lively, improvised concerts, and their sound – raw, organic and energetic – creates a unique atmosphere. The band has played at the most important festivals in Europe, such as MadCool Festival in Madrid, Bristol Upfest, Import Export in Munich, Wagenhallen in Stuttgart, Tbilisi Open Air and Black Sea Jazz Festival. Their discography includes five albums, including "Blues Build The Temple" (2015), "Chicago Marinade" (2019) and "Off The Record" (2023) – which are a testament to their constant artistic development. The latest single, “Say What You Say,” is a nostalgic journey back to the 90s, enriched with elements of traditional Eastern mugham – a musical genre whose roots lie in Azerbaijan and Persia.

The third collective of this year's Main Concert - this time, a legend of Polish hip-hop and one of the most recognizable personalities of the Ukrainian music scene will meet on one stage!

AbradAb - one of the first and most important hip-hop bands in Poland. Their psychorap is an inimitable style - dark, poetic, full of strong lyrics and memorable beats. From underground to mainstream - with albums such as Księga Tajemnicza. Prolog or 3:44, K44 have forever written themselves into the history of Polish music.

Serhii Babkin - half of the legendary duo 5'nizza, musician, actor, TV personality. He has been successfully pursuing a solo career for years, having released 12 of his own albums. His songs have topped Ukrainian charts, and Babkin himself has become a well-known figure on television as a juror on “The Voice of Ukraine” and a participant in “Dancing with the Stars.” In his latest single, “127МА,” the artist tells a true story inspired by the experiences of the 127th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – the song was created in collaboration with soldiers and includes authentic footage from the front.

Matylda/Łukasiewicz and Yegor Zabelov form the fourth collective of the Main Concert!

Matylda/Łukasiewicz is a project of Matylda Damięcka – actress and illustrator – and Radek Łukasiewicz, known from the band Pustki and cooperation with artists such as Brodka, Artur Rojek and Piotr Zioła. Their music is created from the need to comment on reality – directly, but with sensitivity. Their debut song “Matka” quickly hit the most important playlists, and the album released in 2024 brought a series of over 30 concerts and performances at, among others, Open’er Festival and Męskie Granie. Their songs – “Mężczyźni”, “Nudny Rok” and “Nie Stało Się Nic” – are a combination of strong lyrics, original melodies and an authentic voice.

Yegor Zabelov is an artist who redefines the sound of the accordion. His compositions defy classification – they combine elements of contemporary music, improvisation and sound experiments. Zabelov has performed at many prestigious European festivals, such as Eurosonic Noorderslag, Moers Jazz and Tallinn Music Week, and in Poland he has been a guest at Ethno Port and Skrzyżowanie Kultur, among others. In 2022, he received the “Gaude Polonia” scholarship and the cultural scholarship of the City of Gdańsk. His performances are musical stories built from sounds – intense, focused and full of space.

The event is part of the Cultural Program of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, organized by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and implemented by the National Center for Culture.
