duration: 2 hours

Rzeszów on the sketchbook is a series of four free outdoor meetings, during which we will try to capture the charm of Rzeszów's streets, nooks and squares. We will paint and sketch scenes that we pass by every day on the run - this time capturing them in frames full of color, light and personal interpretations.
Each meeting will take place in a different, inspiring corner of our city, thanks to which we will discover its less obvious, but incredibly picturesque faces.
This is a great opportunity not only to develop your observation and drawing skills, but also to look at the city from a new perspective - through the eyes of an artist. The meetings will be led by two experienced artists who will be happy to advise you on how to capture movement, light or the mood of a place.
All you need to do is bring your sketchbook and your favourite materials. And if you don't have them - don't worry, everything will be available on site.
The meetings are intended for everyone, regardless of the level of advancement.
Hosts:
Liana Khachatrian and Liuba Syrotiuk are illustrators and animators who share a passion for drawing and the need to share knowledge. Together they create the creative initiative Sketch Breakfast.
The "Rzeszów on a Sketchbook" art plein-airs are part of the "Funds that inspire" task, financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Podkarpacie 2021-2027 programme.
