Rzeszów May Day 2025, or probably the best May Day in Poland!
A long weekend in Rzeszów? This is the perfect option for the upcoming May Day. Four days full of outdoor events, music and meetings await you!

On May 1-4, the city will transform into a vibrant space full of tradition, culture and good fun! Throughout the long weekend, from 11:00 to 20:00, you will be able to visit the Handicraft and Regional Products Fair. The stands located at al. Lubomirskich and al. Pod Kasztanami will offer a wide selection of unique products, such as handmade jewelry, ceramics, soy candles, small crafts and home decorations. There will also be no shortage of regional culinary specialties - among them you will find local cheeses, honeys, sourdough breads and homemade sweets.

On May 2 and 3, from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Rzeszów Knights' Tournament "Glows of the Middle Ages III" will take place in the castle moat - knight shows, sword duels, medieval costumes and crafts.

On May 2, we invite you to events related to the celebration of the Flag Day of the Republic of Poland, which will take place in the Rzeszów Market Square.

On May 3, the following events are planned as part of the celebrations related to the Constitution Day of May 3:
9:30 a.m. - mass in the Parish Church at Plac Farny 5
10:50 a.m. - march of the Honor Guard and banner guards to the Rzeszów Market Square
approx. 11:00 a.m. - ceremonies in front of the monument of General Tadeusz Kościuszko.

On the same day, the Paniaga Festival will also take place, or the celebration of 3 Maja Street! This is one of the oldest streets in Rzeszów, which has changed its name many times over the years. First it was Zamkowa, then Pijarska, Pańska, but in the Rzeszów dialect it has become Paniaga. On this day there will be no shortage of cultural events - concerts, dance and artistic shows, but also permanent elements, such as a ceremonial procession opening the event, or a meeting as part of the "Literature on Paniadze" series. At 4:00 p.m. we invite you to the Urban Lab space, to meet the writer, Wojciech Kulawski.

As every year, the RARR parking lot will host "Motoserce" - a nationwide blood donation campaign organized by the Steel Roses MC Rzeszów motorcycle club. Blood can be donated in the bloodbus from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

One of the additional attractions will be a special outdoor stand of Polish Radio Rzeszów, from which live broadcasts will be broadcast. There will also be no shortage of surprises for listeners.

From 3 to 5 May, RARR will host a unique exhibition related to the production of artisan ice cream - the GELATO Museum! What's more, on 3 May from 12:00 to 18:00, every 30 minutes, fascinating ice cream production shows will take place, and after each show, participants will have the chance to taste them.

On 4 May from 11:00 - 18:00, we invite you to the Rzeszów Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) Fair - an event during which local organizations will have the opportunity to present their activities.

This year, we will end the Rzeszów May Day in an unusual way, with an event: Rzeszów Star Wars Day. Paniaga counterattacks. The program includes shows, workshops, animations, lectures and a film screening.
