The City of Rzeszów and PZU invite residents and guests to an outdoor event organized as part of PZU's nationwide Rowerowa Polska program, which will take place on May 16th from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the Rzeszów Market Square.
On this day, the city center will be transformed into a space full of cycling activities, education, and family attractions. Participants will enjoy a specially prepared area divided into several thematic zones: experiences, health, safety, education, and fun.
Free Consultations and Tests
A mobile medical truck will offer free specialist consultations and preventive tests, including cardiology, pulmonology, and dermatology consultations, ECG tests, spirometry, and mole examinations with a dermatoscope.
Cycling Workshops and Activities
The event program also includes cycling workshops and activities, first aid demonstrations, meetings with police representatives on road safety, as well as interactive quizzes and bike spotting with gifts for participants.
In the afternoon, PZU Bike Talk will take place on stage with ambassadors of the PZU Rowerowa Polska program, including Agnieszka Patoka and Michał Podlaski. Additionally, educational activities have been prepared, such as Bicycle Facts and Myths and the Bicycle Map of Poland.
Natalia Nykiel Concert
The event will culminate in a concert by Natalia Nykiel, beginning at 6:30 PM. The singer is a passionate cyclist and considers cycling her second passion, alongside music.

The PZU Rowerowa Polska program is PZU's response to the growing popularity of cycling among Poles. Its goal is not only to promote daily physical activity but also to raise awareness of safety, health, and responsible cycling in public spaces. The program combines educational, preventative, and social activities, engaging city residents of all ages in active leisure activities.
