Rzeszow Photo Collages
We will treat photographs by famous Rzeszow photographers such as Zdzisław Postępski, Jacek Fischer and Józef Ryciuk as a starting point for creative activities. During the workshops, we will look into the archives of the Rzeszow City Photography Gallery to learn about the photographers, and we will interpret their work and use it to create analogue photo collages.
The meeting will consist of two parts - theoretical, during which the profile of the photographer Damazy Kwiatkowski will be presented, led by an employee of GFMRZ, and practical - a photo collage workshop led by the artist Marta Ożóg.
Marta Ożóg - graduate of the General School of Fine Arts and the Faculty of Art of the University of Rzeszów, majoring in painting in the studio of Antoni Nikl, Marek Olszyński and Marek Pokrywka. Graduated from the scenography department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. Participant of many exhibitions in Poland and abroad and many creative plein-airs. In 2011-2013, president of the Razem Artistic Circle operating at the Faculty of Art of the University of Rzeszów. She has participated in many projects as part of the Festival of Urban Space and the European Stadium of Culture in Rzeszów, where she was also the coordinator of creative work. Privately, she is involved in painting, artistic installation, costume, and scenography. She works at the Maska Theatre as the head of the art studio
