MARIONETTES | theatre workshops for children
- children
- workshops
We invite children to a unique theater workshop during which they will discover the fascinating world of the trick string puppet.
Participants will learn the operating principles and construction of this extraordinary puppet and how to bring it to life through movement, voice, and emotion. During the workshop, children will have the opportunity to ask questions, experiment with animation, and try moving the puppet themselves. At the end of the workshop, participants will collaborate on a short theatrical scene and create their own etudes – original stage miniatures in which they will give the puppets a voice and personality. This will allow children to explore various forms of interaction and stage dynamics, learning how movement, intonation, and emotion influence the construction of a theatrical narrative. The workshops are not only creative fun but also an inspiring encounter with the magic of puppet theater.
