We invite you to the KIND TO PACT discussion panel, which will take place as part of the East of Culture festival European Stadium of Culture.
"KIND TO PACT" is the motto of the European Stadium of Culture 2025, but also one of the milestones in the directions of development of Rzeszów and one of the key values in programming the cultural life of the city.
"KIND TO PACT" is a focus on building partnerships, both local and international, based on cooperation, trust and mutual support. It is mobilising the local community, artists and creators to create alliances, cooperation, co-production, joining forces with other entities and people. Finally, it is an attitude characterized by openness to cooperation and compromise, readiness to cooperate; it is empathy, flexibility and understanding.
During this panel, we will talk about the strategy of building partnerships, being "KIND TO PACT" and joint pursuit of the set goal - building social capital and the common good, so as to operate effectively, permanently and stably. It will also be an opportunity to establish contacts between its participants, build ties between centres, institutions, artists and all people working in culture.
In the first part of the panel, we will talk about cooperation on a local and national level, building ties and cooperation between institutional centres and non-governmental organisations and artistic co-productions. The second part of the panel will be devoted to international projects – how to initiate and implement them, what opportunities they create. Both parts of the meeting will suggest how to support creative people in their activity and development.
