Art Celebration returns to its roots and after many years goes out into the open air to once again masterfully combine the worlds of jazz, soul and hip-hop! Jazzmatazz Edition is a musical meeting of jazz and rap legends with emerging figures of the scene.

2025 marks the 15th anniversary of the death of an artist who had an invaluable influence on the fusion of jazz and hip-hop. Keith "Guru" Elam, rapper, producer, co-creator of the legendary duo Gang Starr and the Jazzmatazz series of albums and concerts, which, especially in the 90s, connected both worlds and showed that such meetings and cooperations can be initiated not only by great jazz musicians (Miles Davis, Michał Urbaniak, Quincy Jones) but also by rappers who present elements of jazz to their audience. Art Celebration Jazzmatazz Edition is not only about own musical interpretations of songs from Jazzmatazz albums, but also about the characters who appeared on the albums, such as the legendary vibraphonist and composer Roy Ayers, who passed away in March this year, or the recently deceased Angie Stone.

It is also a tribute to the absolute pioneer of combining jazz with hip-hop - Michał Urbaniak, who will perform on the ESK stage that day. It will be one of the few opportunities to see an absolute jazz legend live! The pool of jazz legends will be complemented by the outstanding vibraphonist Bernard Maseli. The stage will also feature pioneers of Polish hip-hop: Numer Raz and Mr Krime (co-curator of this year's Art Celebration edition), as well as two extremely talented rappers and vocalists - Zuza Baum and Aga Walczak. The co-creator of the Art Celebration series – Eskaubei – will be there, as well as the excellent AC Band, which this year will be formed by: Piotr Bolanowski – keyboards, Tomasz Nowak – trumpet, Damian Kurasz – guitars, Jakub Kozłowski – bass, Jakub Madejowski – drums.
