Akademia Wolontariatu (Volunteer Academy) is a group of volunteers, which functions at Estrada Rzeszowska. It aims at encouraging all those who want to influence cultural events in our city to take action. We wish to draw attention to the enormous potential that volunteering has, and at the same time how much fun and benefits it can generate for the volunteers themselves. Being a volunteer is a superpower, which can affect the life of the local community, and therefore create the reality around us. Each participant of the programme is given the opportunity to participate in competence and development training, which allows them to use the acquired knowledge in practice.
