The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the National Centre for Culture, the Marshal of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, and the Mayor of Rzeszów invite you to the first-ever Podkarpackie Culture Congress!
The Congress's concept: The Podkarpackie Culture Congress will be a meeting place for local government, the creative community, culture, education, and businesses ready to support the development of culture, with a view to jointly shaping the future. Our goal is to examine good practices, promote shared values and achievements in the field of culture (including the culture of the Borderland), and ultimately develop exemplary solutions in the areas of cultural financing, workers' rights, and cultural legislation.
The Congress will take place on November 24 and 25, 2025, in Rzeszów and will be the first event of its kind on a regional scale, bringing together representatives of institutions run by various organizers and individuals from many areas of cultural activity: animators, managers, directors, folk artists, artistic groups, artists, and representatives of local governments.
